To illustrate: A beggar finds a Rs100.00 note on the road. Thrilled, he goes to a 5 star hotel and eats to his heart's content. Bill comes to Rs 4500/-. He tells the restaurant cashier that he doesn't have the money. The hotel calls the police. A police man arrives and takes the beggar. On the way to the police station, the beggar gives the police constable the Rs100.00. Happy, the constable sets the beggar free.
